There’s a misconception that things will eventually “settle down.” That once you get through this phase, the pressure will ease. I believed that for a long time.
What I’ve realized is… it doesn’t. The challenges just evolve. Bigger decisions, higher stakes, more responsibility. The weight doesn’t disappear—it shifts.
The breakthrough for me was understanding that the goal isn’t to reduce pressure. It’s to increase capacity. You don’t need an easier path—you need to become stronger on the one you’re already on.
Every time you push through something uncomfortable, you expand that capacity. Slowly, almost without noticing, what used to feel overwhelming becomes manageable.
You stop asking, “How do I avoid this?” and start asking, “How do I handle this better?” That’s a completely different mindset.
The Takeaway
You don’t need less pressure—you need more capacity.
Keep Moving Forward!
