The healthiest routines are rarely exciting. Same meals. Same sleep window. Same movement. Same recovery. If that sounds boring, good — that’s usually a sign the body is getting what it needs.
I’ve noticed that whenever I started chasing variety in the name of “optimization,” something slipped. Sleep got lighter. Digestion got off. Recovery slowed. The body doesn’t crave novelty the way the mind does.
